1.The incineration process adopted by this series of incinerators is currently the most advanced combustion mode of primary pyrolysis, gasification and surround air mixed combustion + secondary mixed incineration burnout treatment.
2.The design of the primary combustion chamber of the incinerator adopts the technology of pyrolysis gasification mixed combustion around the air to make the temperature in the incinerator go from 200ºC to 400ºC, and there will be no frit, slag block, sintering and other problems in the incineration process. Compared with the direct combustion furnace and other furnaces, the dust production of pyrolytic gasification wraparound air mixed combustion furnace is very small.
3.The secondary incineration burner and circumferential air feeder are arranged in the secondary mixed incineration burnout chamber. At high temperature, the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned, and the gas produced by pyrolysis gasification around the air mixing chamber can be fully mixed with air in an efficient way to prevent the carbon in the gas flame from spilling out and the occurrence of late combustion. The residence time of the incinerator flue gas in the furnace is about 2 seconds, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustible material in the fly ash are completely incinerated.
